  • If you're new to our platform:

    • Sign Up: As a first-time user, you have two options: you can either sign up using your Gmail account or by setting up your own credentials. Upon registration, you'll receive a verification code to confirm your email address.

    If you're already a member:

    • Sign In: Simply log in using the email address associated with your account.

    If you're unsure about the email address linked to your account:

    • Retrieve Email Address: If you can't recall the email address connected to your account, don't worry. Reach out to our team for assistance.

    If you've forgotten your password:

    • Reset Password: On the login page, click on "Forgot Password?" and follow the prompts. You'll receive a code via email to reset your password securely.

    We're here to ensure your sign-in experience is smooth and hassle-free!

  • To access your profile settings, click on the initials of your name at the top right corner of the page.

    Company Info:

    Ensure all the following details are filled out completely:

    • Name: Your full name.

    • Department and Job Role: Specify your department and job title.

    • Company and Company Website: Provide your company's name and website URL.

    • Company Description: Craft a concise elevator pitch describing your company (1-minute pitch).

    • Customer Profile: Define your target audience including job titles, industries, and locations.

    Remember to save your changes every time you make any edits.

    Profile:

    • Confirm your name is accurately displayed.

    • Confirm the email associated with your Jeeva account.

    • If you wish to log out, you can do so from this section.

    Account:

    • If you registered without using Google, you can reset your password in the account section.

    • For users who signed in through Google, your password remains the same as your Google account.

    • If you decide to delete your Jeeva account, you can do so from this section.

    Team:

    • Invite others from your team by providing their email addresses. Each invitee will receive an email invitation to join Jeeva.

    • The first user to join from your company will be designated as the Admin.

    • Every user can invite an unlimited number of people.

    • Only the Admin has the authority to change roles and remove team members. Users requesting removal should ask the Admin to delete them.

    Integrations:

    • We offer Salesforce integration. Connect and authenticate your account to export leads discovered on Jeeva directly to your Salesforce account.

    Unibox:

    • Access all your drafted, scheduled, and sent emails in this tab. You'll also find the email domains connected, and if you need to add a new inbox, you can do so here.

    Lists:

    • Saved Leads: This section houses all lists saved on the platform through lead search and enrichment.

    • Do Not Contact: Upload or add domains or emails you wish to avoid contacting here.

    Campaigns:

    • View all your created campaigns in this tab. Here, you can analyze each sequence's performance, including open rate, replies, emails sent, and link views.

    Analytics:

    • Find statistics for all leads discovered, leads enrolled in campaigns, emails drafted, and emails sent overall on the platform in this section.

Find Leads

  • Finding Leads:

    In the Find tab, you have two options available in the dropdown menu:

    • Leads: Utilize this option to search for individual leads.

    • Companies: Choose this option to search for target companies.

    Find Leads:

    Apply filters here to refine your search for leads and companies.

    Find Companies:

    Discover target companies by applying filters such as specific industries, similar companies, and company locations.

  • To access all available filters, simply click on 'New Filter'.

  • To ensure correct application of filters:

    • For Leads: Select values from the dropdown menu provided.

    • For Companies: If the desired value is available in the dropdown, select it as usual. If not, click on 'Add' and ensure it appears bubble-wrapped to confirm proper application.

  • There is no limit. You can add as many values as you want to each filter.

  • If you wish to retain certain filters without removing or deleting all:

    • You can remove specific filters that are not required by clicking on the trash icon next to the criteria, or

    • Deselect the checkbox corresponding to the filter in the filters popup.

  • 'Reset Filters' clears all values applied within the filters, restoring them to their default state.

  • 'Find Companies' is an option that allows you to locate target accounts matching your niche industries. You initially get a preview of all accounts and then proceed to find leads within these accounts.

  • You should consider finding leads by companies in the 'Find' tab:

    • When you have a specific niche industry not found in the company industry filter on Leads.

    • When you want to find companies that are similar to your target accounts.

  • On the homepage, the filters are used to initialize your target accounts. Once you have a preview of companies, you can apply additional filters.

    🪄A tip: Start by finding more similar companies until it exhausts, then proceed to apply additional filters.

  • To find leads within the companies found:

    Cherry-pick or select all the accounts that meet your requirements.

    Click on the 'Let's Go' button to apply the desired filters on the leads.

  • Saved searches contain your most recently applied filters and favorite filters, accessible under this button for quick reference.

    • Live: This section displays cards for searches or enrichments that are currently initialized and in progress.

    • Ready for Review: Here, you'll find cards that are prepared for your review.

    • Completed: This section contains cards that have been viewed by the user.

  • Upon reviewing your card, the first preview provides basic information about the lead, including their name, job title, industry, company, company website, and LinkedIn profile.

  • If you've already viewed the search card and wish to make slight modifications to your filters:

    • Navigate to the top bar where the applied filters are visible.

    • Click on the filters to make changes by removing or adding new values, or click 'Add a new filter'.

    • Any alteration to the search will prompt the appearance of the 'Re-run Search' button.

    • Clicking this button will automatically load the new search with updated filters on the same card, providing you with the updated list.

  • Yes, the previous search card will always remain accessible in the completed section, allowing you to reference it even after making edits or modifications.

  • To find more leads for the same search:

    • Scroll to the bottom of the page.

    • Locate the button labeled 'Find More Similar Leads'.

    • Clicking this button will add 100 more leads to your list with each click.

  • To find additional information such as work emails and phone numbers:

    • Select individual leads by checking the checkbox next to their name, or select all leads by using the checkbox at the top.

    • Once selected, the 'Enrich Leads' option will be highlighted.

    • Click on 'Enrich Leads' to select the extra information you'd like to obtain.

    • Note that the work email is required if you intend to use the outreach feature on our platform.

  • Scroll to the right, and you'll observe the columns processing to enrich, indicating that the additional information is being retrieved for the selected leads.

  • No, you don't have to stay on the search card. You can leave the page and use other features on Jeeva or even navigate away from the platform entirely. The enrichment process will continue uninterrupted in the background.

    • Email Score: Represents the likelihood that the email is valid, indicating its deliverability rate.

    • Email Status: Can be one of the following:

      • Valid: Indicates that the email on the domain is valid, meaning it won't bounce back and has a 100% deliverability rate.

      • Soft Accept: Suggests that while the email on the domain may not be 100% deliverable, it can still be considered a good attempt.

      • Not Available: Indicates that the email is not accessible or available.

  • A score ranging between 80-85% or higher is considered optimal for sending emails, significantly increasing the likelihood of successful delivery.

  • The heart icon saves the filters you applied under 'Saved Searches > Favorites'. This allows you to easily reapply or modify those filters without having to fill them in again. You can save a maximum of 5 filters.

  • To view the complete text in columns such as LinkedIn note and company details:

    • Click on any value within the column.

    • A sidebar will open up, allowing you to view the entire information.

  • If the checkboxes are greyed out while enriching, it means you can't move the leads into a saved list because the entire enrichment process is not complete.

  • To move leads into a saved list:

    • Ensure the enrichment for the entire list is complete.

    • Click on the top bottom arrow (next to the name) for a lead.

    • Choose either 'Verified' or 'Verified and Soft Accept Emails'.

    • The 'Save them to a list' button will be enabled.

    • Click on the button and choose to save to a new list or existing ones.

  • You can download the leads in either CSV or Excel format. The download options include:

    • Only verified emails

    • Verified emails and soft accept emails

    • All the leads, including those for which emails weren't found.

  • The share functionality allows you to share the list with someone on Jeeva without requiring them to apply filters or enrich. The recipient will be notified by email and will be able to view the same table as you.

  • If your search failed and errored out, it could be due to not finding any leads matching all the filters applied. In such cases, reach out to the team for assistance. They can help you refine your search criteria and provide you with leads that match your requirements.

  • Yes, you don't necessarily have to input all possible variations of job titles. For instance, if you're searching for 'Vice President of Sales', instead of adding titles like 'VP Sales' or 'Vice President of Sales', you can simply add 'Sales' under the job title filter and specify 'Seniority' as 'VP'. This approach often yields better and more comprehensive results.

  • The Lead location refers to the location where the lead is currently located, while the Company location indicates the headquarters location of the company associated with the lead.

Enrich Leads

  • If you already have some information about your leads, you can leverage the "Enrich" tab on Jeeva to enhance their profiles further. Explore the following options to maximize your lead enrichment capabilities:

    Find Emails for Leads

    Looking to connect with your leads but missing their email addresses? Use this option to quickly find emails for your leads by providing their names and the companies they work for.

    Enrich Leads

    Elevate your lead profiles with comprehensive information. Upload a list of lead names and their respective companies, and receive enriched data including job titles, LinkedIn profiles, locations, industries, and more.

    Verify Emails

    Ensure the accuracy of your email list. With this option, you can validate a list of emails you already have, ensuring they are active and valid for your outreach efforts.

    Find Target Leads from Companies

    Identify key contacts within specific companies effortlessly. If you have a list of companies in mind, use this option to discover potential leads within those organizations, helping you tailor your outreach effectively.

    To upload your information efficiently, follow these steps:

    Navigate to the desired option within the "Enrich" tab on R2D2.

    Look for the "Download Template" link located below the dropzone. Click on this link to download the dedicated template for the option you're interested in.

    Mandatory Fields:

    • Find Emails for Leads: When using this option, ensure your template includes the first name, last name, and website of each lead. These fields are mandatory for accurate email retrieval.

    • Enrich Leads: For lead enrichment, the template must contain the first name, last name, and company name of each lead. Fill in these fields to receive comprehensive information about your leads.

    • Verify Emails: If you're verifying emails, include only the email field in your template. This is the sole mandatory field required for email verification.

    • Find Target Leadsfrom Companies: When searching for target leads within specific companies, provide the company name in the template. This is the only mandatory field necessary for this option.

    Note: Regardless of the option chosen, the file you upload can contain up to 200 accounts or 500 leads. Ensure your template adheres to these specifications for optimal performance.

  • To ensure a successful upload and proper integration of your data into Jeeva, follow these steps:

    • Upload Your File: Begin by uploading your file to Jeeva. You'll encounter a field mapping interface where you can match the fields in your file with the categories in Jeeva.

    • Field Mapping Interface: In the field mapping interface, you'll see a table with three columns:

      • Jeeva Column Name: These are the categories in R2D2.

      • Field Name (Dropdown): Select the corresponding field from your file for each Jeeva category.

      • Examples: These provide guidance on what type of data should be placed in each category.

    • Matching Fields: Ensure that each field in your file is correctly matched with the appropriate category in Jeeva by selecting from the dropdown menus.

    By following these steps, you'll ensure that your file is uploaded correctly and integrated seamlessly with Jeeva's categories.

  • When searching for leads within specific companies on Jeeva, you can utilize additional filters to refine your search and find the most relevant leads. Here's how:

    • Select "Find Target Leads from Companies": Choose the "Find Target Leads from Companies" option within Jeeva to begin your search.

    • Additional Filters: In addition to matching fields from your uploaded file, you can further refine your search by using additional filters such as:

      • Job Title

      • Seniority

      • Bio

      • Department

      • City

      • State

      • Country

    • Narrowing Down Your Search: Select the criteria that best match the leads you're looking for within the targeted companies. These filters help narrow down your search and identify the specific leads that meet your requirements.

    By utilizing these additional filters, you can streamline your search process and find the most relevant leads within your target companies.

  • After initiating a research process by clicking "Let's Go," your enriched leads will be accessible through the following sections on the homepage:

    Live Section:

    Upon initiating the research process, a card representing your ongoing research will appear in the "Live" section of the homepage. This indicates that your research is currently in progress.

    Ready for Review Section:

    Once the research process is complete, the card will be automatically moved to the "Ready for Review" section. Here, you can review the enriched leads and ensure they meet your requirements.

    Completed Section:

    After reviewing the enriched leads, the card will be moved to the "Completed" section. This section houses all completed research tasks for your reference.

    By navigating through these sections on the homepage, you can easily access and manage your enriched leads at different stages of the research process.

  • When uploading files on the Enrich tab, you can choose from these formats:

    • CSV (Comma-Separated Values)

    • XLS (Excel Spreadsheet)

    • XLSX (Excel Open XML Spreadsheet)

    File Size Limit:

    Your file can have up to 200 accounts or leads, regardless of the format.

    By accepting different file types, Jeeva makes it easy for you to upload your data for enrichment.

  • The duration of enrichment depends on the file size. Typically, it can take anywhere between a couple of minutes to less than an hour.

  • If the platform didn't find a correct match or doesn't have existing data for a lead, it will skip that lead, resulting in fewer leads displayed on R2D2 compared to the list you uploaded.

Outreach

  • To create a new outreach, follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to the homepage.

    2. Select the Outreach tab.

    3. You'll find three options:

    • Create a new outreach with AI.

    • Create based on a template.

    • Duplicate an existing outreach.

    4. If you choose to create a new outreach:

    • Define the number of follow-ups needed and over how many days.

    • Select a lead list or lead research results for your outreach.

    • Choose the desired Call-to-Action (CTA) for your outreach.

  • To update product/service details for a new outreach:

    1. After you create a new outreach on the homepage or outreach page, click 'Let's Go'.

    2. You'll be prompted to confirm information about your company, product/service, as well as pain points, value proposition, or proof points.

    3. Make any necessary changes or updates to these details as required before proceeding with your outreach.

  • To enroll the leads you found into an outreach:

    1. Finish the leads research.

    2. When creating a new outreach on the homepage or outreach page, select the 'My Lists' dropdown.

    3. Choose the research results card from the dropdown.

    4. Proceed with setting up your outreach using the chosen leads from the research results.

  • To enroll your leads from a lead list into an outreach:

    1. Go to the 'Lists' section.

    2. Select the list of leads you want to enroll in the outreach.

    3. Click the 'Enroll in Outreach' button.

    4. Choose whether you want to create a new outreach or enroll the leads into an existing outreach.

  • To add or remove leads from your outreach:

    1. Go to the Outreach page.

    2. Select the outreach you want to modify.

    3. Click 'Next' until you reach the 'Confirm Enrollment' page.

    4. To add leads:

    • Click 'Add Leads'.

    • Select the lead list you want to use.

    • Choose the leads you want to add to the outreach.

    • After selection, click 'Enroll Selected Leads' to add them to the outreach.

    5. To remove leads:

    • Click 'Next' until you reach the 'Confirm Enrollment' page.

    • Select the leads you want to remove from the outreach.

    • Click 'Remove from Outreach' to remove them.

  • To view scheduled emails:

    1. Go to Unibox.

    2. Click the 'Scheduled' section on the left sidebar.

    3. Here, you can see all emails scheduled for your outreach.

  • To delete an outreach:

    1. Go to the Outreach page.

    2. Choose the outreach you want to delete.

    3. Click the ellipsis icon (three dots) on the right.

    4. Select 'Delete'.

  • When creating an outreach, you'll see an AI-generated email created for a random person from your lead list. If you want to personalize it further, you can:

    1. Select an icebreaker you want to add from the left sidebar.

    2. Drag and drop it to the email template.

  • When reviewing the template, click the 'Edit Mode' toggle to turn on manual editing for the template. Here, you'll see text and variables framed in curly brackets that provide personalization for the template.

  • You can connect multiple email addresses with multiple domains.

  • No. We comply with Gmail and Outlook policies hence to avoid the spam trigger we make sure mass emails don’t go out at the same time. There is a random delay of 3-5 minutes between emails.

  • It is based on the timings set and the random delay between the emails. The maximum number of emails that can sent out within 24 hours is 480 theoretically.

  • No. The platform automatically removes any duplicates. Each person will only be reached out once.

  • Yes. You can create as many campaigns as you would like with different objectives.

  • Yes. In the edit mode, you can select template > save current email as a template > name your template > use it in another sequence.

  • Anytime you see the term “Approve” it means you are agreeing to send it out. The email will be scheduled to go out on the date intended too.

  • Unibox > Scheduled. Here you will be able to see the number of emails that will be going out on each day.

  • You will be led to the leads table page where you will the status of each lead change from “No drafts yet” to “Waiting for approval”. To view all the emails for the lead, you can click on the review button and see all the emails for each lead.

  • Currently, no. Since it is a template in the edit mode you can change the sentence but when you are reviewing emails for each lead you can modify it there.

  • Yes. Under the lists tab, you can go to the “Do not contact” section. Here you can add the domains and email addresses you don’t want to reach out to.

  • Yes. You can use the AI assistant to modify the tone of the email.

  • Yes. You can use the hyperlink option in the editor and add your link. Ensure that the link always begins with https or http.

  • The reason you might observe a drop in your leads enrolled is that there might be duplicate leads existing in other campaigns.

    • Pending - Drafts haven’t been created

    • Drafting - Drafting is in process

    • Drafted - All emails are drafted

    • Active - The campaign is currently sending out emails

    • All sent - All emails to all leads have been sent out

    • Error - If all leads in the list exist in other campaigns that are drafted or active.

  • No. Whenever a prospect has responded to an email, the following emails are stopped from going out.

  • If either of the cases occurs, the following emails are stopped from going out.

  • Yes. At the bottom of all emails, there is an unsubscribe link.

  • CTA = Call to action. It behaves like an objective around which the email is drafted. Example - Schedule a demo, product feedback, or enhancement on our services.

  • The emails are equally distributed across all email addresses connected. Example - If there are 600 emails and 5 addresses connected then each email address will have be sending 120 emails.

  • Click into the campaign > See out > Add leads > Select the list (this will guide you to that list) > select the checkbox to add > enroll selected leads

  • The lines under the Icebreakers tab are the most commonly used.

Inbound Lead Explorer Script Installation Instructions

  • Note: If you're using Elementor as your site builder, please check our guide on how to add Jeeva's Script via Elementor.

    Adding Jeeva’s script to your WordPress website is simple. Follow these instructions to embed it through the theme editor:

    Step 1: Copy Jeeva Script

    Ensure you have the Jeeva script handy. You can locate it in the Script section of your dashboard. Copy the full code snippet to your clipboard, ready for insertion into your WordPress site.

    Step 2: Access WordPress and Go to Appearance > Theme File Editor

    Log in to your WordPress admin area using your credentials. Once logged in, navigate to the 'Appearance' section in the dashboard and choose 'Theme Editor'. This will open the editor where you can make changes to your theme files.

    Step 3: Open Theme Header File

    In the Theme Editor, you’ll see a list of theme files on the right side. Look for and select the 'header.php' file. This file usually contains the head section of your site’s HTML, which is the typical location for adding scripts.

    Step 4: Insert the Tracking Script Inside the <head> Tag

    In the 'header.php' file, scroll to the bottom of the head section, just before the closing </head> tag. Paste the script here, ensuring you don’t overwrite any existing code.

    Step 5: Save Changes by Clicking Update File

    After pasting the script, click the 'Update File' button to save your modifications. This action will apply the script across your entire website.

  • Here are the steps to integrate Jeeva's script into your WordPress site using a plugin.

    We recommend using the "Head, Footer and Post Injections" plugin for optimal performance. However, any plugin that allows code injection into your website's header should work. This guide assumes that you have the suggested plugin installed and activated on your site.

    Step 1: Copy the Jeeva Script

    First, make sure you have the Jeeva script ready. You can find it in the Script section of your dashboard. Copy the entire code snippet to your clipboard for embedding into your WordPress site.

    Step 2: Log in to WordPress and Navigate to Settings, then Header and Footer

    Log in to your WordPress admin area with your credentials. In the dashboard, locate the “Settings” option in the left-hand sidebar and click on it. In the expanded menu under “Settings,” find and click on “Header and Footer” or a similar option, depending on your plugins or theme.

    Step 3: Add the Script to <HEAD>

    In the Header and Footer settings page, find the section labeled something like <HEAD> PAGE SECTION INJECTION or “Scripts in header.” This area is meant for adding code to the <head> section of your website. In the text box under “ON EVERY PAGE” or a similarly labeled area, paste the Jeeva tracking script. Ensure the script is correctly inserted without any additional characters or errors.

    Step 4: Save Your Changes

    Click Save at the top of the page to publish your changes.

    By following these steps, you can effectively integrate Jeeva's script into your WordPress site using a plugin.

  • If you are using Elementor as a site builder in WordPress, this guide will help you add Jeeva's tracking script to your website.

    Copy the Jeeva Script

    First, ensure you have the Jeeva script ready. You can find it in the Script section of your dashboard. Copy the entire code snippet to your clipboard for embedding into your WordPress site.

    Step 1: Add an HTML Widget in Elementor

    Navigate to the Header and Footer section/template in Elementor and click on Edit with Elementor. Drag and drop the HTML widget from the Elementor widget panel onto the desired section of the page. Adding the script to the Header of your site will ensure it appears on every page.

    Step 2: Edit the HTML Widget

    Click on the Edit button of the HTML widget.

    Step 3: Add the Jeeva Tracking Script

    Insert your Jeeva tracking script into the provided HTML Code editor block. Make sure it includes the opening <script> and closing </script> tags.

    Step 4: Save Your Changes

    Save your changes and ensure that you have cleared any caching plugins to ensure that your changes have been published.

    By following these steps, you can effectively integrate Jeeva's script into your WordPress site using Elementor. An alternative method to this approach is installing the tracking script via a plugin.

  • Adding Jeeva's tracking script directly to your website's HTML files is a straightforward process, provided you have the necessary permissions and understanding to modify HTML files. Here's a detailed guide to help you through the process:

    Step-by-Step Instructions:

    Step 1: Copy the Jeeva Script:
    Begin by accessing the Jeeva script from the Script section of your dashboard. Copy the entire code snippet to your clipboard for embedding into your website.

    Step 2: Connect to Your Website's Server Using FTP:

    Open your FTP client (e.g., FileZilla, WinSCP, Cyberduck).

    Enter your website’s FTP credentials (FTP address, username, and password) provided by your web hosting service.

    Connect to the server by clicking the 'Connect' or 'Login' button.

    Once connected, navigate to the directory where your website files are stored. This directory is commonly named public_html, www, or similar.

    Inside this directory, locate the file containing the HTML header. This file is often named header.php, index.html, index.php, or similar, depending on your website's structure.

    Step 3: Insert the Tracking Script:

    Paste your tracking script just before the closing </head> tag in the header file. Placing it here ensures proper loading.

    Ensure that you do not inadvertently delete or modify any existing code in the file.

    Step 4: Save Your Changes:
    Save the modified file.

  • Integrating Jeeva's tracking script into a React.js application is essential for ensuring comprehensive site tracking. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to achieve this, whether your script needs to be in the document body or the head section.

    Using useEffect in Your Main App Component
