We prioritize the security and confidentiality of your personal information. At Jeeva, security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your data. User data, including email interactions, is managed with utmost care and is stored on secure servers. Specifically, email user data is accessed via email API via Jeeva services on AWS servers which are configured to not accept direct external connections, ensuring user data safety. This architecture guarantees that email user data is not shared with any 3rd party, but only with the user and the parties the user has authorized to share the data with. This distinction clarifies that any sharing of email credentials with third parties is beyond Jeeva's control and scope.

Children Under the Age of 18

Our Website is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any information to any Website. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 and do not direct our Website for use by individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on the Website or on or through any of its features/ register, make any purchases through the Website, use any of the interactive or public comment features of the Website or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information. You can do so by reviewing your profile in the Jeeva product. If you would like us to remove your personal information from our records, to the extent permitted by law, you can inform us by email to privacy@jeeva.ai.

We may deny a consumer’s deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers or customers to: 

1. Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, fulfill the terms of a product warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, provide a good or service that a consumer requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with that consumer, or otherwise perform our contract with that consumer. 

2. Help to ensure security and integrity to the extent the use of the consumer’s personal information is reasonably necessary and proportionate for those purposes. 

3. Debug products to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality. 

4. Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise their free speech rights, or exercise another right provided for by law. 

5. Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code § 1546 seq.). 

6. Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research that conforms or adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the information’s deletion may likely render impossible or seriously impair the ability to complete such research, if a consumer provided informed consent. 

7. Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on a consumer’s relationship with us and compatible with the context in which the consumer provided the information.

Anti-Spam Policy

We at Jeeva are committed to providing customers with tools and expertise to curate highly targeted and relevant communications via our platform. We monitor and prohibit the use of the Jeeva Service to send unsolicited commercial email in violation of applicable laws as stated in our Terms of Service, and require the inclusion in every email sent using the Service of an “opt-out” mechanism and other required information. We require all of our customers to agree to adhere to the Terms of Service Policy at all times, and any violations of the Terms of Service Policy by a customer can result in suspension or termination of the Jeeva Service. We also provide customers with the tools to manage their sending reputation, and our customer success team works closely to monitor all customer metrics and best practices to ensure high-quality and targeted campaigns.

You may unsubscribe from our marketing communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of our emails, or by sending us an email at privacy@involve.ai. Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails or notifications related to their account with us or the Jeeva Service.

To Unsubscribe from Our Customers’ Communications

Our customers are solely responsible for their own sales or marketing emails and other communications. We ensure that all emails sent using the Jeeva service have proper unsubscribe mechanisms (links or text, AI sorting, and auto opt-out). You can unsubscribe from our customers’ communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of their emails, responding to unsubscribe via email, or by contacting them directly. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Note that when you use the Service (whether by way of a purchase or otherwise), a cookie (a very small text file) may be placed on your computer (if it is accepted), and we collect certain information about your computer hardware and software to provide us with general statistics regarding the use of the Service, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the collection of the Service visitation statistics; your IP address; browser type; operating system; and access times.
